This Home Was Built In 1925 And Needed To Be Brought Into The 21st Century
The new owners wanted a major renovation done to incorporate the latest design features and systems.

We Did A Full Renovation To Maximize The Homes Fabulous Views
We took the home back to the studs and created an open layout in place of the old style small rooms.

After having done two previous major renovations with us, James and Lynda contracted us to build the home of their dreams.

We completely changed the interior layout by installing steel beams in the roof to create an open layout.

The home now has a state of the art kitchen with an island that seats 8 people.   We added a Wolf integrated cooktop, Miele wall ovens and dishwashers and a Thermador fridge / freezer.  The cabinets were finished in high grade polyurethane paint.  We installed quartz countertops and a bookmatched porcelain backsplash.

Wide plank walnut flooring was laid over infloor radiant heat throughout, adding to the luxurious feel of the home.

Heating, air conditioning, lighting, window coverings and an audio visual system is controlled through a fully integrated Control 4 system.

New windows and doors with large glazing panels and frameless glass railings enhance the view of the water and mountains.

The multi-colored Bocci pendant light in the foyer completely finishes this project.

This is the perfect space for my clients to enjoy their private time together as well as enjoying a great space for entertaining family and friends.
