1. Inspiration
For any home design, renovation or construction project, we begin by asking what you, our client, wants. We listen carefully to understand your vision, take note of all of your priorities and from there, formulate a clear plan for moving forward.
2. Planning
We create detailed design plans, a construction schedule and a budget. We then present the plan to you for approval. When you’re comfortable with the plan and budget, we take care of all the technicalities, including the building permit process, engineers and inspectors.
We then select the materials and finishes, taking care of the ordering as well. Leave all the paperwork and communication to us!
3. Construction
Now the real work begins. We work according to professional construction standards, never cutting corners on your home. We keep you informed about the progress of the project, every step of the way, getting any further approvals as needed.
