Sometimes You Need A Guide To Lead You Through The Process
Many couples have an idea of what they want. When they sit down with a general contractor, they soon find out there is so much more that can be done and all within their budget. This is the story of how we helped a Point Grey couple create the home of their dreams. They didn't know it was possible.
Ja and Kunakar first asked us to renovate their home in Point Grey.
After a short period of design, it became obvious that a renovation would not give them the home they wanted.
We switched gears and started to design them their new "home of their dreams". We were able to give them all the features they wanted in this stunning, south west facing home. The design gave them a magnificent view of the city to the northeast from the master bedroom, an ensuite and an upper sun deck.
They now spend countless hours enjoying their view and they love entertaining guests.
