Mike and Kathy had been renting in their building in the Beach District since moving here from San Francisco 10 years ago.
Rather than moving to a new location, they wanted to stay in the same building.
When a suite became available in their building, three floors down with the same floor layout, they purchased it.
We opened up the kitchen to allow Mike and Kathy full access to the magnificent views they had of the city and ocean.
We reconfigured walls, rooms and ceilings to create a feeling of spaciousness. Mike and Kathy are delighted with their home.
