After having rented out their condo in Vancouver's Railtown area for many years, John and Tanya's place was looking worn and tired.
They asked us to create a new interior for their industrial style condo.
They wanted to utilize the industrial style of the main building and bring it into their suite.
We designed and renovated their condo to give it a modern 'industrial feel'.
We used colors, finishes and materials that complemented the clean lines of the building.
The kitchen cabinets were a dark wood finish with white quartz countertops to brighten the small space.
All the lighting was suspended and the duct work was left visible.
The flooring was a distressed walnut and this added to the "look".
A new lineal fireplace and stone surround were added to accent the spacious living room.
This casual design suited them and their lifestyle perfectly.
